Step 10 – Apply for a Legal Funding Certificate

Step 11 – Prepare The Court Papers

Step 12 – Arrange Issuing Appointment At Court

Step 13 – Arrange for the client to sign their Witness Statement

Step 14 – Instruct counsel

Step 15 – Arrange for an outdoor client to cover the hearing

Step 16 – Write to the client and landlord after the hearing.

Step 17 – Get fee note from counsel and add this to CCMS

Step 18 – Prepare for any further hearing

Step 19 – Close the file

Step 20 – Prepare a claim for payment.
