I have finally finished and uploaded a video on Statements of Case. This deals with what they are, why they are important and how to create them. In a nutshell I don’t think that its possible to work on a case until I have all relevant documents from the client and a detailed Statement of Case based on these and the client’s answers to questions on interview.

I am uploading a draft Statement of Case and a checklist in different formats to get anyone interested started. I hope to add further guidance for what to include in Statements in particular types of cases in the near future.
