This post is for people looking for a housing solicitor. The form below enables people to get in touch with Virgo Solicitors where I work some of the time. The link is here
We have been trying to set up a system to make it easier for people to find a housing solicitor. I still often hear from new clients that they have had to call round large numbers of firms and Law Centres trying to find someone to take their case on only to be told that the organisations have no capacity. It may be that if we get overwhelmed by new clients at Virgo Solicitors, we will have to tell people the same thing but for the time being we should be able to take on new cases. All people need to do is fill in this form with their contact details and an outline of the problem. If the problem is something we can help with we will send a link to a longer form to get more information.
If people want to try and find another solicitor they can use this list . Its almost entirely limited to London firms at the moment. If you work at or know of other firms in London or anywhere else who can take on Legal Aid housing work please let me have their details by emailing me at wflack63@gmail.com
If you don’t think you qualify for Legal Aid but would like to talk to a housing lawyer. You can do so for a fixed of £115.00 fee via the Renters Guide Site
Here is one more link. This time for my YouTube Channel. I hope to put more videos up in the near future. At the moment I am Live Streaming on here on most Monday evenings at 7:30pm
I don’t give housing advice for individuals on the channel but can answer general questions left on the comments.
